Shipping Within India:
1. All the products listed on our website have shipping charges included.
2. Shipping is available across 29000+ pin codes in India.
3. COD is provided on some products. However we shall not accept COD for some products to prevent fake orders. COD payment modes are not accepted from Lakshadeep or Andaman & Nicobar islands.
4. If the address is incomplete, wrong or has a pincode mismatch, we shall cancel the order from our end in case of COD orders. In case of prepaid orders, the buyers are liable for wrong or incomplete addresses and we request them to co-ordinate with the courier company in case of any delivery issues.
5. A proper address includes buyer's name, house or building name/number, lane/road, landmark, area, district, state and pincode. In case the address is not complete, our liability shall be to deliver the package to the nearest courier warehouse from where the buyers shall collect the package.
6. In case the buyer needs express courier service (2 to 3 day delivery), we shall charge the extra shipping charges as applicable. This is applicable for prepaid and readymade orders only and customers need to inform us as soon as the order is made. Large packages (above 5 kgs) will not have express courier service.
7. An estimated (not assured) delivery time can be calculated by entering the pincode on the product page. The actual date can be normally 2 to 3 days earlier or later.
8. The normal delivery time for readymade products shall be between 4 to 10 working days depending on the product and delivery pin code. This is applicable for car models currently on sale. The processing time for readymade products will be 2 to 3 working days. Tracking notifications will be sent to the customer only after dispatch. If the products are not delivered within 15 working days, we shall offer the full refund unless the buyer is willing to wait.
9. The normal delivery time for customised products (like all floor mats, custom lights, etc) shall be between 8 to 15 working days depending on the product and delivery pin code. The processing time for all customised products will be 5 to 6 working days. Tracking notifications will be sent to the customer only after dispatch. If the products are not delivered within 20 working days, we shall offer the full refund unless the buyer is willing to wait.
10. In rare cases, like in case of accessories for rare or discontinued car models, it may take slightly longer (say 3 to 5 days extra).
11. Time bound delivery on a particular date cannot be assured as we use third party courier services depending on the size of package and delivery area.
12. We are unable to change shipping address once the order is dispatched from our end.
13. We shall have no liability for any delivery delays in case of circumstances which are beyond our control such as public holidays, natural calamities, riots, weather conditions, pandemic, war, festivals, restrictions, curfews, floods, strikes, etc.
14. All packages are sent via well known & reputed courier companies and buyers are notified about the dispatch details via SMS, WhatsApp or email.
15. We request our buyers to keep a FULL UNBOXING VIDEO of the package for any complaints such as wrong, missing or damaged products.
